Thoughts on Golf and Tennis

What is your thoughts on Golf and Tennis? It seems that this crap is on television everyday and weekend. I feel these two boring sports should be on pay per view so that the people that want to want it can pay for it. If I want to see every NFL game I have to pay for it. Same goes for Basketball, Hockey and Baseball as well as college basketball.

This crap is nationally broadcasted every weekend. It is playoff hockey for God sakes and the only thing on ESPN is the Masters. How boring is your life if you have to resort to watching golf. Playoff hockey should be on national tv and I mean every game. I just don't understand watching golf or tennis. This is like watching paint dry. It is absolutely boring. I would much rather put a 45 in my mouth and pull the trigger.

Less than half the US likes this crap but still it gets air time. Both sports need to have their own channels for these people to watch. Quit hogging my tv with this worthless crap. Start showing real sports and make these sports pay per view. I just wanted to rant a little and get some other peoples thoughts and ideas.

March Madness

I would like to get some of your thoughts on March Madness and how well your favorite team is doing. So far I am very happy with WVU. They beat Arizona and also my most favorite hated team Duke. Late in the year alot of the critics said WVU did not deserve a bid and they were also picked to finish 12th in the Big East.

Well we proved the critics wrong and got a bid to the tourney and also finished 5th in the Big East. Doug Gottlieb was the biggest critic against WVU saying we beat up on the bottom half of the Big East. He has yet to give any props to WVU. But that is fine with me because we don't need people like Doug Gottlieb on our bandwagon. All we do is keep winning and I am sure he cringes everytime we do.

I have been very impressed by Davidson and the play of Stephen Curry. This kid is amazing and deserves alot of credit. He has the heart of a lion and the talent to go along with it. I wish them well the rest of the way. I must say I have enjoyed watching PITT loose as they do every year in the tourney. Also, I liked seeing Notre Dame and Georgetown loose.

As for WVU we have been giving a total team effort and playing well. Coach Huggins has stressed the importance of defense and rebounding and the players have responded. For years WVU lacked good defense and we never outrebounded anyone. I love the play of Alexander, Ruoff, Butler and Mazzulla. Joe Mazzulla is tough and physical and has been playing great. Even though Alexander is our go to guy the team as a whole has responded when he is having a down game. I am looking forward to the Xavier game Thursday night. So far it has been a great tourney for the Mountaineers and I hope it continues.

Lets hear it Mountaineer Nation. Lets Gooooooooooo Mountaineers.
